Assembly/addition dates of current GenomeSync genomes: show
Meaning of lines:
When the blue line is above the red one, it means that some genomes were already assembled (according to the "Date" field), but still not added to GenomeSync. Often genomes are not immediately available for downloading after being assembled. Also GenomeSync updates are normally once every week or two, so any new genomes released during that time are added to GenomeSync at the udpate time.
When the red line is above the blue or green one, it means that some genomes were replaced with a newer assembly. A previous assembly was already stored in GenomeSync on that day, but a newer one was released later. (Both of these effects are often present simultaneously in unknown quantities, partially balancing each other. Only the unbalanced difference is visible on the chart).
